All organizations must attend a MANDATORY budget meeting on either FEBRUARY 2nd OR 9th at 12:30 p.m. in the UNIVERSITY UNION in the MPR. NO exceptions!
Both the organization's President and Treasurer are expected to be at the meeting. Advisors are welcome, but not required. If your organization has held elections for the 2010-11 academic year, we STRONGLY encourage newly elected officials to attend this meeting.
Budgets MUST be submitted prior to MARCH 5, 2010 via Blackboard. LATE submissions WILL NOT be honored in full.
Budget evaluation will include your organizations utilization history.
Student organizations should be cleared through the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership (B105 UU) prior to budget submission.
Organizations are STRONGLY encouraged to review the SRSGA funding policies to assure a smooth budgeting process.
